Meet our Pain and Movement Specialists
BETH GRANTHAM
Movement Specialist
Beth is a movement specialist with 24 years of experience in Physical Therapy, licensed in Brazil. She has a post-graduate degree in Human movement science focused in Kinesiotherapy, Orthopedic, and Traumatology Physical Therapy.
She became a certified Personal Trainer specialized in corrective exercises, and certified Fascial Fitness trainer. Since beginning her career she has looked at the body as a whole including her focus on postural and movement organization. She brings together concepts from biomechanics, kinesiotherapy and anatomy to apply to her client’s movement dysfunctions.
5 years ago, she started to dedicate herself to studying and researching the human body, with fascial (connective tissue) focus lenses. She started to apply those concepts into her sessions, where it became clear to her that we’ve been missing a link. In 2021 she was the co-creator of a movement concept for perimenopause women called Adapti, where those fascial concepts helped women through some symptoms from this phase of life.
Her primary professional goal is to empower individuals to take control of their bodies through simple yet precise movement approaches to live a life without pain and better quality of life.
