Dr. Laura Elko, PT, DPT, is a leading pain and movement specialist, CEO, and co-founder of Mobility Specialists, a premier clinic specializing in functional rehabilitation and movement optimization. A Doctor of Physical Therapy from the #1-ranked Physical Therapy program at the University of Southern California (USC), she has been transforming lives with cutting-edge, results-driven care since 2010.
Experience & Expertise
Before founding Mobility Specialists in West Chester, PA, in 2018, Dr. Laura worked extensively with collegiate athletes at USC, refining performance-based rehabilitation strategies. Upon returning to Pennsylvania, she further honed her clinical skills at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic, where she treated a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Outside of work, she lives with her husband and two kids. Her son, Chase, is a Junior Flyer hockey player, and her daughter, Blake, is a ninja warrior. Like many parents, this has sparked her passion for focusing on preventative care and improving outcomes for hockey players and athletes.

DR. CONNOR FEENEY PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Connor Feeney, PT, DPT, OCS has a passion for return to sport therapy. He played collegiate football and began his career in 2019 with an Outpatient Sports Rehabilitation facility in Columbus, OH. He became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2021 and a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2022. He has utilized dry needling in his practice since 2020 as an adjunctive modality to facilitate weak muscles and inhibit tight muscles in order to deliver pain relief for his patients.
Connor's areas of clinical focus include orthopedics, return to sport rehab, and vestibular therapy including BPPV (vertigo) and post-concussion syndrome. His approach to rehabilitation is to restore the body’s natural movement patterns to enhance patients’ function in order to get them back to doing what they want without the hindrance of pain. To achieve this goal, he utilizes hands-on therapy and the most up-to-date practices in a tailored individualized program for each client.
